Remote code execution via unchecked submit-url copy
Published Nov 23, 2025 · Updated Nov 24, 2025
Stack buffer overflow in D-Link DIR-822K 1.00_20250513164613 and DWR-M920 1.1.50 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The /boafrm/formWlEncrypt handler copies submit-url into a fixed-size stack buffer with strcpy and no length check. The CNA scores low privileges as required, although the published PoCs report no authentication gate; oversized input can crash the web server or redirect control flow.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
