Unauthenticated feedback disclosure via unchecked export handler

Missing authorization in Feedback Modal for Website 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to export all feedback data. The handle_export function processes the export_data parameter without a capability check and serializes the stored feedback collection as CSV or JSON. No WordPress account is required, and the disclosed records can include submitted comments and email addresses.
