Script execution via unescaped PHP_SELF form action

Reflected XSS in Jiang Xin CoSign Single Signon 0.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through crafted request paths. The plugin writes $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] into a form action at cosign-sso.php line 423 without sanitizing the request path or escaping the HTML attribute. Exploitation requires a user to follow an attacker-controlled link, after which the injected script executes in that user's browser context.
