Subscriber-level media password disclosure via unchecked AJAX action

Missing authorization in codename065 Download Manager 3.3.32 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose protected media passwords. The wpdm_media_access AJAX action returns attachment passwords and access-control settings without checking the requester's capability or authorization for the media item. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to obtain those controls and use them to download files that the site intended to restrict.
