Missing authentication in SiRcom SMART Alert Software 3.0.48 allows remote attackers to manipulate emergency sirens through backend APIs. The web application's backend API accepts privileged requests without establishing an authenticated session, so browser developer tools can invoke restricted functions directly. Network access to the application is the only reported gate; successful requests can activate or alter emergency-warning outputs, while no data-reading impact is reported.
