Authenticated elevated command execution
Published Dec 11, 2025 · Updated Dec 11, 2025
OS command injection in IBM Aspera Orchestrator 4.0.0 through 4.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute elevated system commands. An undisclosed Orchestrator input path fails to validate user-supplied data before passing it to an operating-system command; IBM has not published the endpoint, parameter, or code path. A low-privileged account and network access to the web application are required, and successful exploitation grants elevated command execution on the host.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
