Unauthenticated option changes via failed-login username

Authorization bypass in Solwin Infotech User Activity Log 2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to set WordPress options to 1. When failed-login logging is enabled and its nonexistent-user threshold is 1, the login handler treats the submitted username as an option key and writes the value 1 after a failed attempt. An unauthenticated POST to wp-login.php can therefore enable disabled settings such as user registration, but it cannot choose values other than 1.
