Authenticated command execution via unsanitized management parameters

OS command injection in Progress LoadMaster allows remote authenticated users with User Administration rights to execute appliance commands. The addapikey, delapikey, delcert, and listapikeys handlers fail to sanitize parameters before command execution; listapikeys uses a user string in a system call. Reachability requires adjacent-network management access and an authenticated User Administration account, and injected commands run as the bal user.
