Authenticated wishlist deletion via missing capability check

Missing authorization in Premmerce Wishlist for WooCommerce 1.1.10 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary wishlists. The deleteWishlist() function performs the deletion without a capability check, so it does not enforce the intended authorization boundary. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the bounded consequence is unauthorized loss of stored wishlist data.
