CVE-2025-13435Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Arbitrary file write via unsanitized response filename

Published Nov 20, 2025 · Updated Nov 20, 2025

Path traversal in Dreampie Resty 1.3.1.SNAPSHOT and earlier allows remote attackers to write files via crafted HTTP responses. The HttpClient request() download branch extracts a filename from an untrusted Content-Disposition header and passes it directly to new File(fileOrDirectory, fileName) without removing path components. Exploitation requires control of a download response, such as through a malicious server or man-in-the-middle position, and permits writes wherever the application's operating-system account has access.
