Unauthenticated database manipulation via noticeDesc SQL injection

SQL injection in itsourcecode Human Resource Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate the database via noticeDesc. NoticeStore.php inserts the POST noticeDesc value directly into an SQL query without sanitization or parameter binding, enabling time-based blind query execution. No login or authorization is required, and successful exploitation permits unauthorized database reads, writes, or deletion within the database account's privileges.
