Authenticated command execution via unsanitized enable parameter

OS command injection in TOTOLINK X18 firmware 9.1.0cu.2024_B20220329 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The setL2tpdConfig handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi incorporates the client-controlled enable value into an OS command without neutralizing command elements. Low-privilege access to the network management interface is required, after which injected commands can read or alter router data and interrupt service.
