Settings reset via nonce-free GET request
Published Dec 12, 2025 · Updated Dec 12, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Rabbit Hole 1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to reset plugin settings via a forged GET request. The administrative reset handler in functions/admin.php performs a state-changing reset without validating a WordPress nonce. Exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator's browser to load attacker-controlled link or image content, and the bounded consequence is a reset of plugin settings.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
