Stored script execution via unencoded grade remarks

Stored XSS in grades.php in SourceCodester Student Grades Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. The Add New Grade page stores the POST remarks value in the database and later renders it unencoded in the Recent Grades table, causing embedded script to execute in a viewer's browser. Valid teacher credentials are required to submit the payload, and execution occurs when an authenticated user views the affected grade listing.
