Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized ticket price
Published Nov 18, 2025 · Updated Nov 18, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Train Station Ticketing System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate database queries. The save_ticket action in ajax.php inserts the price[1] POST value directly into a MySQL query without validation or parameter binding. A staff or administrator session is the documented gate, and the public proof of concept demonstrates a controllable five-second query delay rather than data extraction.
