Unauthenticated booking confirmation via unchecked IPN handling

Missing authorization in CodePeople Booking Calendar Contact Form 1.2.60 and earlier allows remote attackers to confirm unpaid bookings. The dex_bccf_check_IPN_verification function processes the public dex_bccf_ipn request without authorization or valid payment verification before marking a booking confirmed. No account or user interaction is required, and the bounded effect is unauthorized modification of booking and payment state rather than data disclosure or service interruption.
