Unauthenticated booking confirmation via unverified payment notifications

Missing authorization in CodePeople Appointment Booking Calendar 1.3.96 and earlier allows remote attackers to confirm arbitrary bookings. The cpabc_appointments_check_IPN_verification endpoint accepts the cpabc_ipncheck payment-notification parameter without validating its origin or authenticity, then inserts the booking into the live calendar. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests generate administrative and customer emails while corrupting booking integrity and disrupting scheduling operations.
