Absolute path traversal in Chunghwa Telecom TenderDocTransfer before 0.41.159 allows remote attackers to copy arbitrary files via a local API. The local web server exposes the API without CSRF protection and permits absolute source and destination paths during copy operations. Exploitation requires active interaction with phishing content; successful requests can disclose files or consume disk space through repeated copies.
