Arbitrary file deletion via CSRF path traversal

Absolute path traversal in TenderDocTransfer before 0.41.159 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary files through a local API. A deletion API accepts an absolute path without constraining it to an intended directory, while the local web server's APIs lack CSRF protection. A victim must be running the application and visit an attacker-controlled link or page; deletion remains limited by the application's filesystem permissions.
