Authenticated data disclosure via attacker-selected GET requests

SSRF in Kubernetes kube-controller-manager allows remote authenticated users to read data from control-plane network endpoints. The in-tree Portworx provisioner issues attacker-selected GET requests without a request body and copies response bodies into ProvisioningFailed event objects. Exploitation requires permission to create Pods using the built-in Portworx volume type, an exposed host-network endpoint, and CSIMigrationPortworx disabled; releases before 1.31 disable that gate by default.
