Guest data disclosure via world-readable snapshot overlays

Improper permissions in libvirt before 11.10.0 allow local users to read VM data from external inactive snapshot overlays. In qemuSnapshotCreateQcow2Files, libvirt invokes qemu-img without setting a restrictive umask, so the new qcow2 overlay inherits mode 0644. Exploitation requires a local account on a virtualization host and an external snapshot created while the VM is shut down; exposure is limited to guest blocks written after that snapshot.
