Database disclosure via unescaped forum query parameters
Published Dec 14, 2025 · Updated Dec 14, 2025
SQL injection in gVectors Team wpForo Forum 2.4.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to read database data via crafted forum queries. Post and topic query paths incorporate the post_args and topic_args parameters into existing SQL statements without sufficient escaping or prepared-query binding. No account is required, and successful exploitation exposes database information without reported ability to modify data or interrupt service.
