Forced withdrawals via tokenless POST requests

Cross-site request forgery in SourceCodester Simple E-Banking System 1.0 allows remote attackers to force withdrawals from user accounts. The minus.php endpoint processes a state-changing withdrawal POST using only the victim's session cookie, without validating an anti-CSRF token. An authenticated victim must visit an attacker-controlled page; the browser then sends the session cookie, reducing the balance and recording the transaction.
