Unauthorized order cancellation via unchecked order ownership
Published Nov 13, 2025 · Updated Nov 13, 2025
Improper authorization in macrozheng mall-swarm 1.0.0 through 1.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to cancel other users' orders. The cancelOrder handler queries and cancels an order using the supplied orderId without verifying that the order belongs to the logged-in user. Any authenticated customer who obtains another valid order identifier can alter that order's state, but no confidentiality impact is demonstrated.
