Unauthenticated lead-tag modification via unchecked REST endpoint
Published Dec 13, 2025 · Updated Dec 13, 2025
Missing authorization in Devs CRM 1.1.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to change lead tags through a WordPress REST API request. The /wp-json/devs-crm/v1/bulk-update endpoint processes tag updates without checking the caller's WordPress capability. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented impact is limited to unauthorized modification of lead-tag data.
