Non-public file disclosure via public caching

Information disclosure in affected Drupal core releases allows remote attackers to read cached non-public files through HTTP. The core system module sends Cache-Control: public for some private or temporary downloads handled through additional file schemes, allowing shared caches to retain access-controlled content. Exploitation requires such a scheme, a prior request by a more-privileged user, knowledge of the file, and a live cached copy.
