Unrestricted file upload in itsourcecode.com Online Voting System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side code. The manage_voting route accepts disguised PHP content without adequately validating its type and stores it in a web-accessible directory. Low-privilege application access is required; the uploaded web shell then runs with the web server's privileges.
