PHP code injection in Code Snippets 3.9.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP via a crafted shortcode. The evaluate_shortcode_from_flat_file method calls extract() on shortcode attributes, letting a filepath attribute overwrite $filepath before require_once loads it through a PHP filter chain. Exploitation requires Contributor-level access, an administrator to enable file-based execution, and at least one active Content snippet.
