CVE-2025-1300Network attack vector

Open redirect via unsanitized post-product path

Published Feb 28, 2025 · Updated Feb 28, 2025

Open redirect in Ericsson CodeChecker 6.24.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users through crafted links. The web server trims the product name from each GET request path and passes the unsanitized remainder to its framework, so a double-slash authority-like path becomes an external redirect. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted CodeChecker link; the resulting navigation can deliver the user to an attacker-controlled site without changing or interrupting the server.
