Missing authorization in Welcart e-Commerce 2.11.24 and earlier allows remote attackers to read stored shop settings via usces_export. The usces_export action performs the settings export without a capability check, returning payment credentials, business contacts, mail templates, and other operational configuration. No WordPress account or user interaction is required; exposure is limited to confidentiality, with no reported ability to change data or interrupt the shop.
