Unauthenticated code execution via chunked .phar upload

Unrestricted file upload in Rocketgenius Gravity Forms 2.9.21.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to place .phar files on a server. The legacy GFAsyncUpload chunk handler checks filenames against a disallowed-extension list that omits .phar, then assembles and renames uploaded chunks into the temporary upload directory. Attackers must discover or enumerate the upload path, and code execution requires a web-server mapping that treats .phar files as PHP.
