Subscriber-level file upload via spoofed MIME type

Arbitrary file upload in Infility Global 2.14.42 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to place attacker-chosen files on servers. The infility_import_file::upload_file path trusts a spoofable MIME value instead of validating the file type, while import_data omits a capability check. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and server-executable uploads yield code execution when the destination permits execution.
