Authenticated arbitrary file upload via unchecked ZIP extraction
Published Dec 6, 2025 · Updated Dec 8, 2025
Arbitrary file upload in Plugins360 All-in-One Video Gallery 4.5.4 through 4.5.7 allows remote authenticated users to upload server files. The resolve_import_directory() function extracts entries from an imported ZIP archive without validating their file types before writing them into the server-side import directory. Author-level access to the WordPress administration interface is required, and a dangerous executable file can enable code execution under the web server account.
