Published Nov 18, 2025 · Updated Nov 18, 2025
Missing authorization in arkadiykilesso Download Panel 1.3.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to modify plugin settings via AJAX. The dlpn_save_settings function handles the wp_ajax_save_settings action without checking WordPress capabilities before writing submitted display text, links, and colors. Subscriber-level access reaches the handler, allowing unauthorized changes to the site's download panel content and appearance.
