Unauthenticated custom-field modification via unchecked AJAX handler

Missing authorization in ACF Flexible Layouts Manager 1.1.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify custom fields on posts and pages. The acf_flm_update_template_with_pasted_layout AJAX handler accepts a pasted layout and updates fields without checking a WordPress capability. No authentication is required, and the reported consequence is modification of custom-field values on individual posts and pages.
