Database access via unsanitized msgid query
Published Nov 10, 2025 · Updated Nov 10, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Baby Care System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data through msgid. The admin.php inbox reader places the msgid GET value directly into a MySQL query without parameter binding, enabling boolean-, error-, and time-based injection. The CNA scores the attack as requiring high privileges; successful exploitation is bounded by the database account's permissions.
