Financial data disclosure via missing bank-list role check
Published Nov 10, 2025 · Updated Nov 10, 2025
Missing authorization in RYMCU Forest at commit de53ce79db9faa2efc4e79ce1077a302c42a1224 allows remote authenticated users to read financial data. The BankController banks method returns BankService.findBanks results from the administrative bank-list endpoint without a role or permission check. A valid JWT for a regular account is sufficient to retrieve account numbers, balances, owner identities, and related bank metadata; no modification or service interruption is reported.
