Stored XSS via unescaped administrator settings
Published May 15, 2025 · Updated May 20, 2025
Stored XSS in CoffeeCode – Checkout for Getnet and WooCommerce 1.7.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The Getnet settings page saves administrator-supplied field values without sanitizing them and later renders those values without output escaping. Administrator access and disabled unfiltered_html, including a WordPress multisite configuration, are required; the injected script runs when another user opens the affected page.
