Subscriber-level conditional code execution via PHAR path deserialization

PHP object injection in Meow Apps AI Engine 3.1.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to trigger PHAR deserialization via REST requests. The rest_simpleTranscribeAudio and rest_simpleVisionQuery handlers accept an options path that downstream file operations treat as a stream-wrapper path, so a phar:// value deserializes archive metadata. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, but impact requires another installed plugin or theme to supply a usable POP chain; resulting actions depend on that chain and include sensitive-data retrieval, file deletion, or code execution.
