Client crash via wrapped allocation size

Integer wraparound in PostgreSQL libpq before 18.1, 17.7, 16.11, 15.15, 14.20, and 13.23 allows remote attackers to crash clients. Multiple libpq functions calculate allocation sizes with wrapping integer arithmetic, allocate undersized buffers, and then write hundreds of megabytes out of bounds. A network peer or application input provider must supply the crafted data; the bounded consequence is a segmentation fault in the libpq-using application.
