Published Nov 11, 2025 · Updated Nov 11, 2025
Code injection in Strix Holiday class post calendar 7.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute PHP through the contents parameter. The plugin writes the parameter's unsanitized value into a cache file that the WordPress server can execute as PHP. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants code execution under the WordPress server process.
