Sensitive database operations via exposed API SQL injection
Published Dec 9, 2025 · Updated Dec 9, 2025
SQL injection in FactoryTalk DataMosaix Private Cloud 7.11, 8.00, and 8.01 allows remote authenticated users to perform sensitive database operations. The exposed API endpoints pass attacker-controlled input into SQL operations without adequate neutralization; Rockwell has not disclosed endpoint names or the code locus. Low-privilege account access is required, and the resulting database operations are limited to privileges reachable through the affected APIs.
