User redirection via unvalidated logout URL

Open redirect in Red Hat Single Sign-On 7 allows remote attackers to send users to untrusted sites through the logout flow. The OpenID Connect logout endpoint accepts a redirect_uri value without properly validating the supplied URL before issuing the redirect. Exploitation requires user interaction with a crafted logout request, after which the browser is sent to an attacker-selected site.
