Issue-title disclosure via group IP restriction bypass
Published May 9, 2025 · Updated May 9, 2025
Access control bypass in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows remote attackers to read issue titles outside permitted IP ranges. GitLab has not disclosed the request path or missing authorization check that lets a request evade group IP-range enforcement. Reachability requires a group with IP restrictions and a request from outside its permitted ranges; the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of a restricted project issue title.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
