Sensitive data disclosure via supportsave query logging
Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026
Information disclosure in Brocade SANnav before 3.0 allows local users to read database details and encrypted passwords from supportsave files. During migration, the script writes database SQL queries into a SANnav supportsave archive, preserving database-table details and encrypted passwords. Exploitation requires local access to the supportsave file and high privileges; the reported consequence is disclosure of stored information without modification or service interruption.
