Unauthenticated user data disclosure via type juggling

Information disclosure in New User Approve 3.0.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to read usernames and email addresses via Zapier REST requests. The Zapier REST permission callback loosely compares the supplied api_key with an unset stored key, so the string 0 passes validation through PHP type juggling. The endpoint is exposed without authentication only when the site has no Zapier API key configured, and disclosure is limited to user approval-status records.
