Admin-session script execution via Extension Loader URL
Published Nov 24, 2025 · Updated Nov 24, 2025
Reflected XSS in Google Cloud Looker allows remote authenticated users with viewer access to execute script in an administrator's session. The Extension Loader processes attacker-controlled URL content without neutralizing it before rendering it in the administrator's browser. Exploitation requires viewer permissions, an installed Looker extension, and an administrator to open the crafted URL; successful execution carries that administrator's Looker privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
