Admin-level code execution via exposed NDataSourceAdmin service
Published Sep 3, 2026 · Updated Sep 3, 2026
OS command injection in the Carbon Console of affected WSO2 products allows remote authenticated users with admin access to execute code. The default administrative access-control configuration omits NDataSourceAdmin from its deny list, leaving the unused service available to process insufficiently validated input. Administrative privileges and Carbon Console access are required, after which injected code executes with the server's authority and permits complete system compromise.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
