Account actions via unsanitized wiki-page references

Stored cross-site scripting in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser via a wiki reference. The WikiPage model passes an unsanitized wiki title or filename as reference_link_text to WikiPageReferenceFilter, where crafted iframe and srcdoc attributes become executable content. Exploitation requires project access to create the wiki content and user interaction with a page that renders its reference; resulting script can read private data or perform account actions as the victim.
