Unauthenticated customer deletion via unchecked AJAX route
Published Jan 2, 2026 · Updated Jan 2, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Iqonic Design WPBookit 1.0.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete customer records. The wpb_ajax_post handler accepts the delete_customer route and attacker-supplied delete_user_id at wp-admin/admin-ajax.php without a CSRF check. The verified proof of concept sends the request without credentials or victim interaction, and its demonstrated consequence is customer-record deletion.
